Polyarc is seeking a Principal Project Manager to shepherd and facilitate the development of our games. As the second member of the discipline, you’ll help shape the future of Project Management at our studio while growing into a role of stewardship and mentorship over time.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with development teams to manage planning across all phases of game development—balancing creative exploration while maintaining team momentum to sustainably deliver against project timelines.
Your focus will be on proactively identifying and addressing project challenges and inefficiencies, resolving ambiguity, aligning cross-functional contributors, and fostering clear, effective communication. You’ll help keep project teams oriented toward delivering high-quality games, requiring a deep understanding of game development, a collaborative and respectful approach to encourage diverse perspectives, and a facilitative nature to keep development efforts focused on project priorities within established constraints.

Polyarc’s salary range for this role is:
Any final compensation is dependent on position leveling, taking into consideration the candidate’s qualifications and experiences.
